Regional Manager - Affordable Experience preferred
Responsibilities
You will assess market conditions and develop strategies consistent with the owners’ needs, ensuring properties are well maintained and leased up. You will also develop and implement budgets that align with the owner’s financial goals.
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years industry experience in a management role
- Minimum 3 – 5 years new construction and lease up background in both conventional and/or affordable housing
- Preferred College degree or equivalent years of work experience
- CPM certification preferred
- Tax Credit/Affordable Housing preferred
- Exceptional strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Financial background including budget and performance preparation, managing and controlling expenses, approving purchase orders and vendors, and reviewing income and expense reports
- Strong lease up experience
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong presentation skills
