Regional Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance staff and supervisors in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and anything else that may come up.
• Train and supervise property teams using the applicable program.
• Review and oversee site performance/ curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control, and make-ready management.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance shops through an organized system.
• Train and ensure all technicians are using applicable programs.
• Maintain schedules with property managers and maintenance supervisor to discuss goals.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
• Review safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the process.
• Develop plans to increase maintenance and property efficiency.
• Snow removal management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisor experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification.
• Excellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processes.
• A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required.
• Must have general tools to perform all maintenance tasks.
• On Call for all Emergencies.
