Regional Maintenance Manager

About the role

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee multi-site maintenance performance across a regional footprint, with a focus on driving consistency, operational excellence, and asset protection. The position partners closely with site teams and leadership to improve execution, strengthen accountability, and build high-performing maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on regional leadership experience and the ability to influence outcomes across North America.

Responsibilities

• Assess performance gaps and drive corrective actions to meet KPI targets
• Evaluate site conditions and create clear improvement plans
• Enforce maintenance execution standards for client asset protection
• Conduct audits to ensure consistent adherence to program standards
• Mentor and coach maintenance managers at multiple levels
• Model leadership best practices in real time with site teams
• Develop talent pipelines to support continuity of performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of performance management experience, including salaried leaders
• Experience in regional or multi-site maintenance leadership managing 80+ employees
• Proven record of driving performance improvement across multiple sites
• Functional knowledge of Material Handling Equipment systems, maintenance best practices, and logistics
• Willingness to travel 70-80% across North America

Pay

$165,000 – $175,000 annually
