About the role
We are seeking a trustworthy technician to join our Maintenance team. This role involves managing daily maintenance requests, handling emergency situations, and performing various repairs and cosmetic updates to ensure our properties remain in top condition.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
- Be available for emergency maintenance needs, flood situations, and back-to-back move-ins.
- Maintain paperwork and invoices related to your work.
- Monitor and collaborate with outside contractors and suppliers.
- Make repairs on items such as doors, locks, tiles, and handrails.
- Identify and address safety concerns.
Requirements
- 6 months+ of trade experience or building maintenance.
- A working knowledge of the equipment needed for repairs, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- A passion for fixing things and making spaces more pleasant.
- The ability to handle high-stress situations with grace.
- Specialized trade experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC (a plus).
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in our properties. No previous experience in real estate is necessary, but a background in trades or construction is preferred.

Pay

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. On-call rotation required.
