Regional IT Service Technician

Core Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate within a nationally matrixed organization.
• Provide fundamental and advanced support as needed on various systems and services.
• Aid with projects and engineering endeavors to support the TechTeam's growth.
• Offer quick and timely responses to priority and after-hours support needs.
• Participate in developing and refining proactive responses to network and security alerts.
• Contribute proficiently and regularly to projects from start to finish.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with co-workers and vendors.
• Assist with process improvements and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
• Participate in TechTeam planning on a national level.
• Assist with and develop new maintenance tasks as directed by the group's leadership team.
• Maintain regular inspection, labeling, and maintenance of IT closets and equipment.
• Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction ratings through technical and professional expertise.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, O365, Meraki, Sophos, Freshservice, BeyondTrust, and GotoConnect.
• Automotive DMS experience is a plus.
