About the role
We're seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to bridge the gap between our Director of HR and center HR Managers, focusing on recruiting, retention, and overall impact across six healthcare centers.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for six assigned centers, managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner directly with center HR Managers to implement retention strategies, conduct stay interviews, and drive new hire engagement.
- Collaborate with the Director of HR on talent acquisition cost management, enhancing internal pipelines and referral programs.
- Track and report on regional metrics such as time-to-fill, 90-day retention, and voluntary turnover, recommending data-driven adjustments.
- Provide coverage and support during HR Manager absences, and lead field partnership sessions to develop HR Manager capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare recruiting, particularly for CNA, LPN, and RN roles.
- An HR generalist background with the ability to act as a strategic partner without formal authority.
- A strong data orientation, comfortable with metrics, cost analysis, and trend reporting.
- The ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region for up to 70% of the work week.
- Schedule flexibility and client responsiveness.
- Nimbleness in adapting to changing needs.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but a High School Diploma is required.
- Prior successful track-record in recruitment, retention, and employee engagement, especially in long-term care, senior living, and clinical/hospital settings.
