Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate IHC Supervisors and Employment Coordinators to drive caseload growth and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct monthly one-on-ones and weekly performance reviews utilizing standardized tools to maintain alignment with agency protocols across all regional offices.
• Achieve targets such as a 10% annual caseload expansion, monitor KPIs related to overserved hours, client satisfaction, and staffing timelines using advanced data tools like Well Sky and Power BI.
• Manage staffing plans and collaborate internally while representing KWA professionally at external meetings to foster community partnerships and support growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in health services, social services, or business administration preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in homecare, long-term care, or human services.
• Deep understanding of Washington State long-term care regulations and compliance standards, including WAC and AAA monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in data management software, particularly Well Sky and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain open lines of dialogue with both internal teams and external partners.

Pay
