Regional Home Dialysis Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Home Dialysis Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead regional home dialysis growth and ensure strong coordination across clinical, physician, and in-center stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help shape patient education, support smooth transitions to home-based care, and strengthen quality outcomes across the region. You will also develop and execute strategies to address clinical quality issues while driving engagement and change across diverse teams.
