Regional Health Services Specialist LPN - Colorado

About the role

The Regional Health Services Specialist, an LPN, is responsible for managing healthcare operations in assigned communities to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. This position requires a strong background in assisted living clinical experience and supervision of direct care team members.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents with respect and dignity while ensuring quality care.
• Supervise licensed nurses and other direct care team members.
• Support newly assigned Health Services Directors during transition phases.
• Travel within the organization to manage vacant positions, startup communities, and handle leave of absence.

Requirements

• Holds a valid Colorado LPN license in good standing.
• Four (4) years of experience working in RCFE.
• Three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Resides in Colorado.
• Able to effectively teach and train staff.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse with a Colorado nursing license in good standing.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Able to effectively communicate and lead a team.
• Able to adapt to various work environments and cultures.

• Knowledge of RCFE regulations and best practices.

Pay

$95,000 - $110,000
