Regional Financial Controller

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience required.
• Experience in residential construction or homebuilding is highly desirable.
• Mechanical engineering or manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics SL, Oracle, and/or Sage experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, including job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, pro forma underwriting, and progress billing.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and construction industry regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in the management and development of accounting processes, improvements, and team development.

Requirements

• Full-time, on-site role based in Buford, GA.
• Primary business partner to regional leadership.
• Owns the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the CPG Southeast Region.
