Target Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 Base Why This Opportunity Stands Out Lead finance across three manufacturing facilities with direct influence on business performance and strategic decision-making Play a key role in an ERP transformation, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives Partner directly with executive leadership while helping shape the future finance organization Inherit and develop an experienced team across accounting, plant finance, and shared services functions Opportunity to modernize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while driving operational excellence Key Responsibilities For The Regional Finance Director Oversee financial operations for multiple manufacturing facilities, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close Lead and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals across plant and corporate functions Support ERP implementation efforts and improve financial reporting capabilities Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business Partner with operations and senior leadership to improve decision-making and business performance Qualifications For The Regional Finance Director Manufacturing finance leadership experience required Multi-site operational finance experience within a complex manufacturing environment Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and team leadership CPA and/or MBA preferred; combination of public accounting and industry experience is highly valued #RegionalFinanceDirector #FinanceLeadership #ManufacturingFinanceJobs Timing is everything.
