Regional Field Marketing Coordinator – East Coast / Remote. Steno is transforming litigation technology with modern court reporting solutions, partnering with law firms to simplify complex workflows and deliver reliable outcomes. This role offers true ownership over strategy and execution in key Georgia and Florida markets, with autonomy to shape regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, sponsorships, and B2B events across the East Coast.
• Own on‑site execution of events and in‑market activations with confidence and professionalism.
• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that align with Steno’s brand and product stewardship.
• Work cross‑functionally with sales teams, marketing colleagues, and external vendors to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and post‑event reporting to drive measurable results.
• Identify high‑impact growth opportunities and prioritize investments in key markets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or regional marketing.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, sponsorships, and B2B events.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners.
• Comfortable being on‑site and taking ownership of event execution.
• Enthusiasm for Steno’s mission and a desire to expand the regional footprint.
• Based on the East Coast (required for travel).

Travel Requirements

Approximately 40% travel within the East Coast territory to support events and in‑market activations. Candidates must reside on the East Coast.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary ranging from $70,500 to $90,000, with real growth potential as you make your mark.
