Regional Distribution Center - Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders
• Load and unload trailers/containers
• Keep facility organized by physical alignment and allow sufficient space for overflow
• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial/housekeeping tasks
• Train and support new associates
• Assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High School or GED degree
• 0-1 year of related experience preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

• Physical demands: Stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk, hear, taste and/or smell, lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, handle tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 50 pounds
• Work environment: Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise level
• Travel required: 5% of the time
