About the role

Role Overview: The Regional Director, Retail Auto Service & Tires is a senior leader responsible for overseeing multi-district store operations, driving performance, growth, and leadership development. This role manages various operational models such as service-forward, tire, wholesale, and specialty repair, ensuring alignment with company strategy, standards, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Set regional goals, translate enterprise initiatives into actionable plans, and provide feedback to corporate leadership.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor financial performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and conduct hands-on coaching and reviews.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Growth & Expansion: Support new store openings, acquisitions, and identify regional opportunities for market share and service expansion.
• Sales & Guest Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to increase car count, improve guest retention, and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in multi-unit leadership in automotive or high-volume service environments.
• Experience managing 20+ stores with strong P&L, KPI, and operational expertise.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, lead organizational change, and develop teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Skills

• Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience, experience in multi-brand operations, industry-specific expertise, and success in leading large regions through multiple management layers.
