Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a high-performing, diverse team of commercial professionals
- Lead regional business planning to achieve launch and growth objectives
- Ensure excellence in customer engagement through launch readiness and post-launch execution
- Coach team members through field visits and development planning
- Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers and advocacy organizations
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize patient access and business outcomes
- Analyze market trends and business performance to inform regional strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, rare disease, or specialty fields
- Rare disease experience is essential; experience in rare neurology is a strong preference
- Experience with launching specialized therapies such as ASO or gene therapy is preferred
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams with a focus on compliance and accountability
- Strong understanding of rare disease patient journeys and treatment pathways is necessary
- Experience working with academic medical centers and complex healthcare systems is preferred

Pay
$225,900 – $279,100 annually
