Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a diverse team of Neurology-focused commercial field professionals
- Lead business planning and execution aligned with national commercial strategies
- Drive launch readiness and ensure excellent customer engagement and team preparedness
- Coach team members through field visits and performance reviews
- Ensure team expertise in rare neurologic diseases and market access
- Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers and advocacy organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient access and business outcomes
- Analyze market trends and performance data to inform regional strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, rare disease, or specialty fields
- Required experience in rare diseases, preferably rare neurology
- Experience in launching or commercializing specialized therapies, such as gene therapy, preferred
- Proven track record in building and coaching high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of rare disease patient journeys and related market dynamics
- Experience with academic medical centers and complex healthcare systems preferred
Pay
$225,900 – $279,100 annually
