Regional Director & Physical Therapist - Georgia

About the role

The Regional Director is a key leadership role responsible for both providing exceptional one-on-one patient care and driving the growth of our new Georgia clinics. You will act as the cornerstone of our practice in this new market, ensuring clinical excellence while taking on the vital responsibilities of marketing and business development.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one care to a diverse caseload of athletes and active individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve superior patient outcomes.
• Actively market and promote the clinic within the local community, building relationships with coaches, trainers, physicians, and local sports organizations to generate new patient referrals.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless patient scheduling, billing, and administrative functions.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for clinic growth, with the opportunity to expand professional responsibilities as the practice scales.
• Recruit, train, and mentor additional staff to maintain True Sports' high standards of care and service.

Requirements

• A proven clinical background as a Sports Physical Therapist.
• Self-motivation and a passion for building and growing a practice.
• Experience in marketing and business development.
• Ability to manage operational aspects of a clinic.
• Strong leadership skills to build and lead a team.
