Regional Director, Patient Access Field (Dermatology-East)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Access Managers to enhance patient access to therapies
• Develop and execute regional access strategies working with payers, providers, and patients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align access strategies and improve outcomes
• Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and accountability
• Manage recruitment and retention efforts to build a diverse, high-performing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, 4-7+ years specifically in biotech/specialty
• 3+ years in access management and/or direct people management experience
• Deep expertise in US healthcare systems and various payer landscapes
• Demonstrated leadership with a proven track record in team management and development
