Regional Director of Revenue Cycle

About the role

The Regional Director of Revenue Cycle will provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions across two Penn Highlands Healthcare hospitals in the greater Pittsburgh region. Reports to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the revenue cycle team and create greater stability, accountability, and engagement across the region.
• Help prepare the organization for future transformation, including the planned transition to Oracle.
• Establish trust, drive accountability, navigate change, and engage staff around a shared vision for the region.
• Build and develop teams using a hands‑on, collaborative leadership style.
• Communicate effectively to foster collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of eight years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Proven leadership experience in process improvement and revenue integrity.
• Experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader with a hands‑on, collaborative leadership style.
• Demonstrated success in building and developing teams.
• Effective communicator able to establish trust, drive accountability, navigate change, and engage staff around a shared vision.
