About the role

As a Region Director at Metro Vein Centers, you will oversee operations for a group of 10+ clinics, play a critical role in spearheading growth, process innovation, people management, and full profit and loss responsibility. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization in different departments, build a high-performing team of Office Managers, and work directly with physicians and individual clinic leaders to build a culture of trust and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations for a group of 10+ Metro Vein Centers offices
  • Spearhead growth, process innovation, and people management
  • Own the clinic operations P&L
  • Set goals and drive to achieve operational KPI targets
  • Establish a culture of accountability with physicians and clinical staff to influence performance improvement
  • Collaborate with partners across the organization, including executive leadership, on important project management, initiative launches, and various communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant operations leadership experience, preferably multi-site, in a provider-based healthcare organization
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starting, proactive leadership style
  • Results- and data-driven with a metrics-focused approach to scaling operations and driving performance

Qualifications

  • Proven success in managing a multi-site brick & mortar services environment
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team
  • Passion for and/or interest in innovative healthcare, wellness, industry disruption, multicultural markets; preference for experience with companies with physical operations/footprints and/or insurance-based revenue models
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay

$120,000 - $160,000 USD

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Travel

75% of the week to various clinics to support operations
