What You'll Do
- Lead and support a portfolio of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities to achieve exceptional operational, financial, and quality outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Executive Directors and community leadership teams.
- Drive occupancy growth, revenue optimization, and sustainable Net Operating Income (NOI) performance.
- Partner with community leaders to identify opportunities for increased revenue, operational efficiencies, and enhanced resident experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care and services.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Home Office partners in sales, marketing, wellness, human resources, finance, dining, life enrichment, and wellness services.
- Analyze operational metrics and financial reports to identify trends, solve problems, and drive results.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, investors, and community stakeholders.
- Travel regularly throughout the region to provide hands-on support and leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Regional or multi-site leadership experience in senior living, including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
- Proven success leading community operations and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, interpreting financial statements, and driving revenue growth.
- A track record of improving occupancy, retention, and operational performance.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership approach.
- The ability to navigate complexity, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions.
- A passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Gerontology, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel up to 60% throughout the assigned region.
- Ability to meet all state and federal employment requirements, including background screening.
