Responsibilities
- Development, implementation, integration, and coordination of Food and Nutrition Services in specified Regions under the direction of the Corporate Director of FNS.
- Establish working relationships with Administration and Leadership at the facility level.
- Oversee food safety and nutritional care aspects of Food and Nutrition Services to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies.
- Manage fiscal and human resources, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.
- Assess needs and help plan, communicate, and design services appropriate to the hospital mission.
- Support standardization of supplies and processes, as appropriate.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Registered Dietitian certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Minimum five years of acute healthcare management experience.
- Minimum five years of clinical practice in acute, sub-acute, or SNF healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare licensing and regulations such as TJC, HFAP, and CMS.
- Proficient navigating office and EMR software systems.
- Excellent communication and prioritizing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-facility healthcare food service management experience.
- Proficiency with Computrition Software programs.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $114,400.00 to $153,961.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
