About the role

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the relationship with each family on campus—the evolving, deepening connection that ensures parents feel recognized, not merely serviced
  • Identify potential concerns before they surface as formal conversations, and address them with the discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves trust
  • Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning arrival (7–9am), afternoon departure (2–4pm), evening parent functions, and select weekend programming
  • Develop a campus community with authentic depth—events, rituals, and interactions that foster a sense of belonging to something families want to safeguard
  • Nurture parent advocates naturally, designing experiences of such consistent quality that referrals emerge as an organic result
  • Sustain the dialogue around Alpha's AI-powered approach with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and periodic uncertainty—not only during enrollment, but throughout their campus tenure
  • Recognize when a family is not well-suited and manage that transition with the same professionalism you apply universally—protecting community integrity is integral to service
  • Create the structures and routines this role demands in a setting where the framework is still under development

Requirements

  • Currently located within commuting distance of one of these campuses OR prepared to relocate within 60 days (preference given to candidates with established local ties): Denver, CO; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Tampa, FL; Boston, MA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Dallas (Carrollton), TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston (The Woodlands), TX; Park City, UT; Burlington, VT; Kirkland, WA; or Jackson Hole, WY
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • 5+ years in a client-facing capacity serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families—private school admissions, premium hospitality, philanthropy, or any context where discretion, warmth, and social sophistication were equally critical as competence
  • Proven capacity to maintain relationships through challenging circumstances with sophisticated families and exit with trust reinforced
  • Authentic presence and communication approach that builds confidence rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families—not rehearsed in a manner that appears artificial
  • Direct familiarity with independent, private, or alternative education—through professional experience or as a parent—that provides legitimate credibility when families challenge the model
  • Sincere confidence in AI-powered education and capacity to sustain that conviction genuinely across years of family interaction, not solely the initial enrollment phase
  • Flexibility for variable hours: early mornings (7–9am), late afternoons (2–4pm), evening functions 2–3x monthly, and periodic weekend activities

Qualifications

  • Exceptional candidates will possess at least one of the following:
  • Established connections within the local affluent community that would provide immediate, organic credibility on campus
  • Private or independent school background with demonstrated success in family retention and community building—not merely enrollment metrics
  • Track record navigating sensitive family dynamics where your judgment and discretion were the foundation of sustained trust
  • Natural talent for designing experiences—gatherings, moments, settings—where individuals feel connected to something they want to protect

Skills
