About the role
Panacea Health Corp is currently looking for a full-time Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement/Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Corporate team in support of the MDS and Interdisciplinary teams. This position is based in Pennsylvania and requires local travel.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with effective leadership and assessment skills in a long-term care setting
- Experience as an MDS Coordinator
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as MDS supervisor/lead
- Working knowledge of the RAI process
- Proficient in PA CMI
- Proficient in Medicare reimbursement, billing knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of PPS (PDPM)
- Experienced in insurance updates
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university (minimum)
- Prior regional experience required
- Must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
