Regional Director, Home Care and Research (Nurse Practitioner)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct participant visits and support clinical trial execution as Sub-ILead and mentor regional clinical teams
• Schedule, staff, and ensure productivity and compliance
• Support quality, safety oversight, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• NP or PA license (required)
• 2+ years as an APP
• Research & clinical leadership experience
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH & HIPAA

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $113,200 - $179,100 per year. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
