Regional Director, Corporate Accounts - Northeast
About the role
United Imaging is a leading global medical device developer and supplier with a diversified portfolio of advanced medical products, digital healthcare solutions, and intelligent solutions that cover the entire process of imaging diagnosis and treatment. As the Regional Director Corporate Accounts, you will work with a cross-functional group—including modality, commercial, and executive team members—to increase United Imaging’s presence in the corporate healthcare market space by developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), national imaging centers, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO).
Successful candidates will demonstrate authenticity and integrity, serving as the strategic hub to provide a holistic approach to corporate account management.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and business plan for corporate account penetration within a given region, leveraging the product and business solution portfolio to increase United Imaging’s market presence.
- Establish the United Imaging brand in the region, growing the installed base and reputation by delighting customers with consistent and expeditious customer expectation management.
- Navigate the intricate complexities of corporate accounts and align United Imaging personnel to meet environment needs.
- Lead and support a deal team consisting of account executives, modality managers, product management, and executive leadership to develop and execute strategies that result in adoption of the United Imaging brand and products.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of unique customer needs and represent those needs to shape mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, presenting their perspective and needs related to imaging trends.
- Consult and present product offerings and business solutions, guiding customers through the sales process.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients who influence United Imaging equipment decisions, including clinical leaders, supply chain leaders, IDN and GPO executives, and decision teams.
- Support the account team with strategies to develop and maintain a qualified sales funnel to ensure over-achievement.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain customer references and an installed base in support of national show sites.
- Maintain deep domain expertise in healthcare as it pertains to all imaging modalities, including market and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic healthcare accounts.
- Extensive knowledge of medical imaging and healthcare market trends.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
