About the Role
As a Regional Director, you will serve as the primary representative of Xanitos, responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned Gulf Coast region. Your leadership will ensure the highest client and customer satisfaction levels, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals, and future business growth through Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial results of the region, including development of the business plan, financial forecasts, productivity and staffing plans, and budget.
- Analyze and interpret financial data and weekly operating reports for trends impacting the business; initiate corrective action as needed.
- Support the business development team in client pricing surveys and new account presentations.
- Maintain awareness of competition in the marketplace and its potential impact on Xanitos business.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to service and quality standards as well as client satisfaction.
- Lead client communication regarding Xanitos programs, services, and performance under the contract; provide feedback to management on unique client requirements and opportunities to expand the client relationship.
- Coach, motivate, develop, and lead a team with knowledge of human resource policies and practices, including staffing plans, employee relations, training, safety, EEO, benefits administration, and succession planning.
- Act as a champion of Xanitos corporate goals and objectives, serving as a positive role model for employees throughout the region.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading and managing teams.
- Customer service mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Labor relations experience.
- Multi-site experience or oversight of a very large (500+ bed) facility.
Qualifications
- Previous Director-level experience in Environmental Services (EVS), Healthcare, Floorcare, or Patient Transport.
- Experience with payroll, P&Ls, and training.
- Experience with unions.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (or better).

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000, depending on skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable).
