Why Join Our Team?Competitive Pay & Benefits • Competitive Compensation • DailyPay - Access Your Earned Wages Before Payday • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Paid Time Off • Employee Assistance Program • Wellness Programs • Employee Referral Bonuses • Professional Development Opportunities Career Growth & Development • Leadership Development Opportunities • Executive Coaching and Mentorship • Professional Growth and Advancement • Multi-State Leadership Exposure • Strategic Planning and Organizational Development Experience • Opportunities to Influence Organizational Growth Meaningful Work That Matters • Lead Programs That Transform Lives • Support Individuals, Families, and Communities • Build and Develop Future Leaders • Strengthen Community Partnerships • Drive Quality Outcomes and Innovation • Join a Mission-Driven Organization What You'll Do As a Regional Director, you will: Leadership & Team Development • Lead and support Program Directors throughout the region • Drive organizational strategy and operational initiatives • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth • Provide coaching, mentoring, and values-based leadership • Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and leadership development • Support change management initiatives and champion employee engagement Regional Operations Oversight • Provide day-to-day operational oversight for regional programs • Ensure high-quality service delivery and program performance • Strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners • Support census growth and service expansion opportunities • Promote organizational culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives Quality & Compliance • Ensure services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and aligned with best practices • Partner with Clinical and Quality teams to improve outcomes • Oversee implementation of corrective action plans and quality improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, accreditation, and organizational requirements • Monitor program compliance through audits and performance reviews Financial & Business Management • Collaborate with program and finance teams to manage budgets and achieve financial goals • Monitor revenue cycle performance and key operational metrics • Ensure adherence to fiscal policies and reporting requirements • Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and government agencies • Support new program development, business expansion, licensing activities, and RFP responses External Partnerships & Advocacy • Represent the organization with funders, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders • Advocate for the individuals and communities we serve • Develop strategic partnerships that support growth and service excellence Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Strategic and Visionary ✔ Results-Oriented ✔ Collaborative and Team-Focused ✔ Service-Driven ✔ Adaptable and Resilient ✔ Ethical and Accountable ✔ Relationship-Oriented ✔ Committed to Quality and Excellence QualificationsRequired • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field • Minimum six (6) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or similar populations • Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience managing programs or teams within human services • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the region • Ability to obtain all required background clearances Preferred • Master's Degree in a Human Services-related field • Clinical experience in behavioral health, IDD, or related services Schedule • Full-Time • Frequent travel throughout Berks County, and surrounding areas • Participation in on-call responsibilities as required • Occasional evening, weekend, and overnight travel Physical Requirements • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods • Ability to travel regularly between program locations and meeting sites • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs manage operations.
