Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in commercial construction, operations management, and project management. Experience within the mechanical insulation industry is highly preferred, particularly with expertise in firestopping and heat tracing services. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is considered a significant asset, supporting effective communication with clients, employees, and field personnel.

Education

A college degree is preferred; however, candidates with substantial industry experience, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a strong record of achievement will be given full consideration.
