Regional Data Center Mechanical Engineer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the electrical systems within the regional data center. This includes but is not limited to power distribution, lighting, HVAC integration, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical systems for data center infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other building systems
• Perform inspections and maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure safe operation
• Provide technical support and guidance to facility operations team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data center engineering or similar field
• Experience with electrical systems design and implementation
• Knowledge of NEC and other relevant codes and standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

$100,000 - $120,000 annually
