About the Role
A key leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple high-end multifamily communities in Dallas, Texas. This position reports to the Regional Vice President and ensures each property meets occupancy, revenue, and budgetary targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Regular travel within the portfolio region is required.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance expectations.
- Oversee daily property operations, ensuring financial goals are met by managing budgets, revenue, and expenditures.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
- Oversee risk management, including preventative maintenance, insurance compliance, and capital improvement recommendations.
- Uphold company values and culture and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; an advanced degree in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience with a strong track record of success.
- At least 3 years of on-site multifamily property management experience with ownership-level responsibilities for the resident rental lifecycle across 5+ properties or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing A to A+ class high-rise or mid-rise properties or comparable luxury residential communities.
- 3+ years of team management or supervisory experience, preferably in an on-site property management setting.
- Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM, or equivalent are preferred.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, an operational vehicle for travel between properties, and valid automobile insurance at all times.
Physical Requirements
- Regular local/regional travel to various properties in Dallas, Texas.
- Ability to sit, stand, climb, stoop, and remain at a desk for up to 8 hours or more as needed.
- Ability to walk the property for up to 8 hours (or more) in various weather conditions.
- Ability to climb stairs for purposes of showing properties to prospective tenants.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
