Regional Clinical Manager (3)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processes and procedures related to program regulations, client retention, and program growth.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements including but not limited to program regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Manages and monitors budgets within areas of responsibility.
  • Ensures client outreach and growth are aligned with care team areas of coverage, and proactively develops staffing plans to optimize care in assigned areas.
  • Supports marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Vitra's quality standards.
  • Collaborates with clinical and operational leadership to ensure processes are efficient and aligned with operational and clinical standards.
  • Regularly review compliance reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and in collaboration with clinical leadership, develops strategies maintain compliance and clinical excellence.
  • Develops and implements processes and procedures to ensure program regulations are met and clinical excellence is in the forefront of healthcare delivery.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices and collaborates with Vitra's leadership team to implement changes as indicated.
  • Maintains a “Vitra-wide” approach to processes and change ensuring practices are uniformly implemented across Vitra.
  • Mentors and develops managers ensuring performance and feedback are aligned with professional standards and clinical excellence.
  • Continuously identifies direct report managers' growth opportunities and provides professional development support and coaching.
  • Fosters a positive team culture by ensuring region managers set clear expectations, facilitates comprehensive training on systems and processes, and continuously reviews patterns and performance.
  • Ensures assigned region(s) performance evaluations and coaching are delivered timely and in alignment with policies and standards.
  • Regularly analyzes key performance metrics, such as staffing template utilization, client satisfaction, client, and staff retention, and implements strategies to optimize operational efficiency and quality of care.
  • Foster culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Vitra reflecting our vision, mission, and values.
  • Show genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in healthcare required, Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' management experience required, with 5+ years' experience in clinically treating patients, with a proven success track record.
  • PREFERRED: Experience supervising, managing performance, and training staff. Active Registered Nurse License preferred.
  • Leadership experience managing multiple teams.
  • Conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service champion.
  • Able to work independently & willing to work in the Field as needed.
  • Able to travel to assigned areas required.

Physical And Environmental Demands

  • Works in a clean, well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures in close proximity to others.
  • Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Requires lifting and carrying equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; require pushing and pulling equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds;
  • Requires frequent sitting more than 75% of the workday;
  • Requires the ability to navigate stairs;
  • Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment.
