About the role

Regional CDL-A Truck Driver position out of Bluffton, IN. FirstFleet is interested in dependable, safety-minded professional drivers.

Pay

• 4-day drivers earning $1,500 weekly
• 6-day drivers earning $2,150 weekly
• Mileage pay based on verifiable experience:
  • 1–2 years: $0.60/mile
  • 2–4 years: $0.60/mile
  • 5–6 years: $0.61/mile
  • 6+ years: $0.61/mile
• $0.17 weekend incentive on all runs planned from Friday 1 p.m. to Monday noon
• Quarterly Safety & Fuel Bonus program (up to $0.05/mile)
• $4,500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Kroger palletized loads (driver assist)
• Regional position with scheduled days off at home
• 24/7 available dispatch
• Operate 2022 or newer trucks: Volvo, Peterbilt, or Kenworth

Schedule

• Hiring for 4- or 6-day work weeks

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Class A CDL from your state of residence
• 3 months verifiable experience
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
• No chargeable DOT reportable accidents within the past three years
