About the role

Regional CDL-A Truck Driver position out of Bluffton, IN with FIRSTFLEET. Hiring for 4- or 6-day work weeks with scheduled days off at home.

Pay

• Day Drivers: $1,500 weekly
• Day Drivers: $4,500 sign-on bonus
• Day Drivers: $0.17 weekend incentive on all runs planned from Friday 1 p.m. – Monday noon
• Day Drivers: Mileage pay based on verifiable experience:
  • 1–2 years: $0.60/mile
  • 2–4 years: $0.60/mile
  • 4–6 years: $0.61/mile
  • 6+ years: $0.615/mile
• Day Drivers: Quarterly Safety & Fuel Bonus program (up to $0.05/mile)

Responsibilities

• Kroger palletized loads (driver assist)

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Class A CDL from your state of residence
• 3 months verifiable experience
• No DUI/DWI convictions within past 5 years
• No chargeable DOT reportable accidents within past 3 years

Equipment

• 2022 or newer trucks: Volvo, Peterbilt, or Kenworth
