About the role

Regional CDL-A truck driver position with a consistent reset schedule—home every other weekend. This role offers pay that builds with performance, loyalty pay from day one, and extra compensation for additional tasks like tarping.

Pay

• Base pay: 60 CPM, with top drivers earning up to $127,000 per year.
• Performance incentives: Up to 4 CPM on top of base pay.
• Weekly minimum: $1,350 for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay: Up to 5.5 CPM starting from day one.
• Tarp pay: $75 per tarp.
• Dwell pay: $100 for additional waiting time.
