Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60CPM base with up to 4CPM in performance incentives on top
• Qualifying weeks come with a $1,350 weekly minimum
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5CPM starting from day one—no waiting period
• Tarp pay at $75 per tarp
• Dwell pay at $100
• $1,250 orientation pay

Schedule

• Regional role with a consistent reset schedule—home every other weekend

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience
