Pay

• Base pay: 60¢ per mile (CPM)
• Performance incentives: up to 4¢ CPM
• Loyalty pay: up to 5.5¢ CPM from day one (no waiting period)
• Orientation pay: $1,250 (start strong)
• Weekly minimum: $1,350 for qualifying weeks
• Tarp pay: $75 per tarp
• Dwell pay: $100
• Top drivers can earn up to $127,000 per year

Requirements
