Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12+ months of regional or OTR experience

Pay

• Earn up to $127,000 per year
• Starting base rate of 60¢ per mile (CPM) with up to 4¢ CPM performance incentives
• Qualifying weeks include a $1,350 weekly minimum
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5¢ CPM from day one, no waiting period
• Tarp pay: $75 per tarp
• Dwell pay: $100 per occurrence
• Orientation pay: $1,250

Schedule

Home every other weekend on a consistent reset schedule – get home every two weeks for predictable planning.
