About the Role

Central Oregon Truck Company (COTC) is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional flatbed positions. This role offers competitive pay, consistent home time, and a focus on safe, professional operations.

Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60 CPM base with up to 4 CPM in performance incentives.
• $1,350 weekly minimum pay for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM starting from day one.
• Tarp pay: $75 per tarp.
• Dwell pay: $100.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance.

Schedule

Regional role with home time every other weekend (every 2 weeks).

Requirements
