Regional CDL - A Driver: Home Daily, Light Freight

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Regional CDL A Driver to join our team. This role offers home-daily routes with light touch freight—products are pre-loaded in carts and do not require manual lifting or picking. Drivers will operate regionally with 3–4 day workweeks and complete 7–15 deliveries per route. Single driver, unless designated.

Shift

Must be flexible and available to work any 7 days of the week and holidays!

Compensation

Make up to $85k in your first year

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
• Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] with Air Brakes
• Maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
• Pass DOT physical
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Be able to work around yeast and flour

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Climb stairs
• Occasionally lift 50 lbs. - 100 lbs. on occasion
• Perform heavy pushing/pulling of product carts and/or 4 wheel dollies
• Work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees]
• Outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.]
• Work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
