Regional - Branch Support Manager

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role covering our 14 branches. You’ll provide effective short-term or planned management cover across branches, ensuring the branch continues to operate smoothly and professionally. You will also support the branch in achieving sales, margin, CR16, promotional and customer retention targets.

Requirements

Experience within the aftermarket parts trade is highly advantageous for this role. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong understanding of branch operations within a motor factor, aftermarket automotive parts, trade counter, distribution or fast-paced sales environment.
• Can pick up systems quickly
• Has an interest in cars/mechanics or previous experience in sales/advice work
• Stays calm under pressure
• Brings a positive, reliable, “team-first” attitude

Experience with MAM or similar software is helpful, but not essential.

Schedule

42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 7am–6pm, and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm, with a 30-minute meal break each day.

£42,000 per year
