Regional Behavioral Health Technician-Northern Virginia (Greenbrook)

About the Role

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient‑centered technician to deliver Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapies in our Northern Virginia outpatient centers. The position is primarily based in Reston with required travel to other regional sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort promptly.
• Provide empathetic, supportive care throughout patient check‑in, treatment, and check‑out.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and manage scheduling, financial procedures, and insurance/billing assistance.
• Travel to Ashburn, Fairfax, and other Northern Virginia centers on short notice to provide coverage.
• Stand for extended periods and adhere to safety protocols, including Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification combined with significant relevant work experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable personal transportation for regional travel.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).

Pay

Competitive compensation starting at $22.00 per hour, determined based on education and experience.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts scheduled between 7 am and 7 pm. Shift times may vary; consistent availability during these hours is required.
