About the role
We are looking for energetic, fun-loving individuals who can provide a positive environment for young children, ages newborn to upper elementary.
Responsibilities
- Work with children from infants to upper elementary ages
- Provide a fun, positive, and safe environment
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain a healthy and safe space
- Engage in activities that promote learning and development
- Follow safety protocols and enforce a zero-tolerance sick policy
Requirements
- A genuine love for young children
- Ability to work 30+ hours per week, including weekends
- Commitment to training and following directions
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness (a plus)
Qualifications
- High energy and enthusiasm for working with children
- Willingness to engage in playful and interactive activities
- Strong communication and reliability skills
- Ability to perform in front of others (stage presence)
