Regional Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to multiple facilities
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure environmental compliance
• Monitor and optimize material processing to meet production targets
• Manage financial performance, including budget development
• Build and lead a team of facility managers and staff
• Implement KPIs to evaluate and enhance facility performance
• Collaborate with vendors for a reliable supply chain
• Promote environmentally responsible practices within facilities
• Maintain positive customer relations and ensure satisfaction
• Generate periodic reports on operational metrics for senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of leadership in material processing or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in budget management and financial acumen
• Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region

Pay

$150,500 – $215,100 annually
