About the role
Virtualite partners with growing businesses to optimize operations through reliable virtual support and digital process solutions. As we expand our market presence, we are hiring regional account sales representatives to develop new business within assigned territories. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, meeting with decision-makers, and closing new business within a defined region. This position is ideal for a field-focused sales professional who enjoys relationship-building and in-person engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a regional sales territory
- Possess and prospect for new business leads
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations
- Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline
- Track sales activity and performance in CRM systems
Requirements
- Experience in regional, territory, or outside sales is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage territory planning and sales cycles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Qualifications
