Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and present Refrigerated Trailer Fleet solutions to customers and prospects to develop a planned lifecycle.
- Measure and compensate on units signed and the guaranteed revenue by each deal.
- Primarily outside selling with targets on customer appointments and quotes.
- Build relationships with new and existing strategic accounts in your assigned market, acting as the primary level of sales support.
- Sell PLM's value-added fleet management solutions to strategic accounts.
- Act as the customer consultant for all refrigerated fleet decisions including equipment leasing, rental, telematics solutions, and maintenance.
- Bring in all of PLM's expert team to find the best solution for each account.
Requirements
- Account Management Experience with an emphasis on acquiring New Customers.
- Fleet Management experience, including Rental, Leasing, or Equipment Management (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
Knowledge of sales territory management, including account management and strategic account management.
Work Conditions
- Requires overnight travel to visit sales team and customers in your territory.
- May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
