Regional Account Manager - Security Services

About the role

Surefox North America Inc is a veteran-owned company dedicated to fostering a diverse and skilled workforce. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Regional Account Manager to join our team in the California Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Program Director on uniquely assigned projects by acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients.
• Provide a wide array of domestic and international security support and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the safety and security of client personnel, operations, assets, and global reputation.
• Ensure quality of service is maintained and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in Surefox's responsibilities.
• Oversee the delivery and consistency of Surefox’s counseling program.
• Identify deficiencies and gaps in operations that require more training.
• Ensure the security posture is maintained to the level required by the client.
• Handle all other tasks and assignments given by Program Management and Surefox Leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a manager-level role within security project management, security program management, or equivalent.
• Specific experience in security, staffing, protective services, or executive protection.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional accounts.
• Proven ability to analyze data for reviewing KPIs and preparing reports.
• Experience supporting renewals, expansions, or strategic account growth.
• Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptive leadership style, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

Annual Salary: $151,750.45
Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA and San Francisco Bay Area
