About the Role
This role performs duties related to profitable sales and customer retention while projecting a positive company image. It directly supports the field sales team to ensure on-time, on-budget product delivery that meets customer needs in a profitable manner. The position supports the Region Account Manager team and reports to the Region Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assign incoming leads to the appropriate reps/regions.
- Review salesperson backlogs for accuracy and keep reps updated on completions, delays, or changes.
- Work with reps to facilitate and populate the monthly forecast in SalesForce.com and report to the Region Sales Manager.
- Facilitate pre-paints with appropriate build locations and customer visits, maintain accurate timelines, and escalate barriers.
- Support Account Managers in reviewing custom build quotes for accuracy prior to customer submission.
- Work with accounting to ensure revenue recognition is completed and accurate.
- Coordinate with logistics to dispatch sold trucks to customers using freight software for vehicle movement and customer pick-ups.
- Work with the title department to ensure documents are sent out timely, request title mock-ups, temp tags, and additional paperwork for sale completion.
- Align with M3 coordinators to ensure all orders are placed accurately.
- Assist in gathering customer information for invoicing and title completion.
- Support the Sales team in quote creation and modification to meet client RFQ requirements.
- Support Sales staff with SalesForce.com and required company documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or other relevant college degree plus proven aptitude for the role. Non-degreed candidates require 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Extremely detail-oriented and accurate with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and maintain professionalism.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation-based communication skills.
- Ability to manage change effectively and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate through various means with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and the English language (bilingual capability is a plus).
Mental/Physical Requirements
- Attitude: Requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service clients. A positive attitude and professional demeanor with clients and team members are essential.
- Attendance: Ability to work scheduled hours (7:45 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) plus additional hours/days as needed to meet business demands.
- Oral Expression and Comprehension: Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in speech and understand spoken information.
- Written Comprehension and Expression: Ability to read, understand, and communicate information in writing.
- Reasoning: Ability to apply general rules to specific problems and propose solutions when issues arise.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to type or operate common office equipment for up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Sitting/Standing: Ability to sit or stand for long periods (up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).
- Lifting: Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Schedule
7:45 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with additional hours/days as needed to meet business demands.
