About the role
Manages the business/merchandising programs and operations for assigned exchange(s) or region.
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and directs the implementation of sales, customer service and promotion programs.
- Participates and assists in coordinating projects, store layouts, image upgrades, and new construction.
- Develops, formulates, and implements policies, procedures and programs which ensure efficient and economic operation.
- Analyzes operational financial results, identifies shortfalls, and coordinates improvements.
- Provides training on various business applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Six years of experience managing, developing and/or implementing retail programs or operations with at least one year of experience managing direct retail operations, Senior Reset Merchandiser or Retail Program Specialist within the last five years required.
- RMDS required.
- One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree and four years of experience managing, developing and/or implementing retail programs or operations with at least one year experience managing direct retail operations, Senior Reset Merchandiser or Retail Program Specialist within the last five years required.
- RMDS required.
- One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
