Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing financial advice.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with financial planning software
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
